About me |
Hi, I’m Courtney Kitchen — runner, coach, and part of the Railroad Athletics coaching team.
I believe every runner deserves to feel supported in chasing their goals, no matter their pace or experience level.
My coaching philosophy is simple:
Enjoy the process first, and the results will come.
Take the work seriously, but not yourself too seriously.
Consistency is key.
I combine structure and science with encouragement and flexibility, creating training that fits real life. I work with runners of all levels — from first-time racers to Boston hopefuls — to help them train smarter, stay healthy, and reach their goals with confidence.
